Thank you for your overwhelming support of our Wellness Wednesday initiative. While the school year officially comes to an end tomorrow (Thursday, June 25), we will be continuing our focus on wellness throughout the summer, including virtual summer camps for students! The first camp sessions will take place on Monday, June 29 and Tuesday, June 30. More information is included below.

This week’s presentation is part two of our two-part series on Hope. Successful Families, Successful Kids Wellness Coach Jenna Hupka discusses the Hope Recipe - strategies and tools to practice hope, how to be a hope mentor, and the power of language to build hope in ourselves and others. Wellness Chat

Virtual Summer Camps
Join us for our Virtual Summer Camps on Google Meet throughout the month of July. Each camp will feature fun activities centered around a theme. Each camp session will be repeated twice - once in the morning and once in the afternoon - so there are lots of opportunities to pop in and join us. A list of supplies is provided for each camp, along with resources that should be printed in advance to complete the activities.

Mindful Minutes
