Wellness Wednesday - July 2, 2020

Welcome to our first Wellness Wednesday of the summer, which is actually on a Thursday due to the Canada Day holiday.

Our SuperHero and Space camps will continue next week (July 6 & 7). Thank you to the parents who reported difficulties in accessing our summer camps last week. We have made some changes to ensure that shouldn’t happen for future camp sessions. We are also including the information about our Beach Day and Hope camps on July 8 so you can be prepared if you want to participate. Links will be shared in next week’s email.

Here are this week’s Mental Health learning opportunities for parents and families:

Summer Video Series

Our Successful Families, Successful Kids Wellness Coaches have created videos that focus on activities and strategies that have a positive impact on our mental health.

The first video we would like to share is from Brittney Street and is the first in a series of videos about gardening. All videos will be viewable until school starts in September.
