This month's theme was all about embracing a Healthy Lifestyle – making smart choices, staying active, and ensuring restful sleep. Join us as we dive into fun and accessible ways to nurture your health and happiness. At Ardmore School, the Grade 8 Leadership Class went into classrooms last week to read some of the following stories and complete activities.
