Most of you probably already know that this week is Mental Health Week. Many of our schools have been sharing daily Mental Health activities or challenges and we have been overjoyed to see the number of families that are participating and sharing the things they do to look after their mental health. We would also like to thank everyone who is participating in our Positive Signs for Mental Health challenge. Please share pictures of your signs on social media and use the hashtag #NLPSPositiveSigns.
We have new Mental Health learning opportunities and resources to share with you this week. You will notice below that we are also sharing the links for last week’s videos in case you missed them.
