Karen Packard

Karen was born on the east coast, and was raised by a military family. She came to Cold Lake as a teenager, when her father was posted to 4 Wing. Now, she and her husband are raising their two teenage daughters in Cold Lake as well. 

Karen became interested in trusteeship after volunteering on school councils at her daughters’ schools, and is passionate about doing what is best for kids. Serving in her second term as a trustee, Karen is also a self-employed massage therapist.
