    Policy Appendix B: Support Staff Terms of Employment Committee

    The Support Staff Terms of Employment Committee is established as a standing committee of the Board, with responsibility for work as detailed below:

    1. Purpose
      1. Review Terms of Employment with the Support Staff representatives.
    2. Powers and Duties
      1. Establish Board proposals within the mandates set by the Board.
      2. Review with Support Staff Representatives
      3. Recommend action to the Board on issues
    3. Membership
      1. Two trustees
      2. Superintendent and/or designate(s)
    4. Meetings
      1. To be called by the Committee Chair in consultation with committee members, as required, to review agreements. The Terms of Employment are due for review in 2017.
