Who can help me?

Families who are struggling to find resources or need assistance in helping their children deal with stress and anxiety due to the cancellation of classes and COVID-19, should reach out to the Student Advocacy Counsellor at their child's schools. Our Student Advocacy Counsellors can help you access resources, answer questions, connect with community resources, and provide support for your children.

Employment Insurance Sickness Benefits 
(Federal program)

Provides up to 15 weeks of income replacement for eligible Albertans who are unable to work due to illness, injury or quarantine (self-isolation). One-week waiting period is waived for people in self-isolation.
